A Community Thanksgiving Celebration at Emmanuel Outreach Center

Thanksgiving season is a time to come together and share the bounty of the harvest. It is a time of deep appreciation and heartfelt gratitude — a moment to reflect on the blessings we have and to extend them generously to others.

This year, Emmanuel Outreach Center is delighted to host the Wayne County Youth Advocate Program for a community-wide Thanksgiving Dinner. Under the direction of Michael Crespo, this special event will bring neighbors, friends, and families together for an afternoon of fellowship and joy.

Dinner will be served on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from Noon until 2:00 PM in the fellowship hall of Emmanuel Outreach Center. This will be a catered meal, offered free to all who attend.

About the Wayne County Youth Advocate Program

The Wayne County Youth Advocate Program (YAP) is dedicated to empowering young people, strengthening families, and building safer, healthier communities. They work tirelessly to mentor youth, provide guidance, and create opportunities that help individuals thrive. Their mission is grounded in compassion, service, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to reach their fullest potential.

Here at Emmanuel Outreach Center, we know firsthand the caring spirit and strong work ethic of the Youth Advocate Program. Whether it’s lending a hand with upkeep to our building, moving heavy loads during deliveries, or stepping in at a moment’s notice to help meet community needs, Director Mike Crespo and his YAP team are always ready to assist. Their partnership has truly blessed our ministry time and again.
